INITIATION FEE 

Initiation Fee includes the FLX Basic Stretch Package featuring our Signature Flexistretcher, the FLX Pilates Ball, FLX Resistance band choice, and the FLX Yoga Block.  A 30-day cancellation notice is required to terminate the membership.

All memberships require an initiation fee and then continue on a month-to-month basis.
