  - Light refreshments and mocktails tasting to encourage mingling.  

  - Icebreaker activity: Guests share one personal wellness goal for the weekend.  

7:00 PM: Welcome & Weekend Schedule: Introduction of Speakers

7:30 PM:  "Finding Balance and Setting Goals"  -  Christina Carrdellio -  An Interactive talk on creating achievable wellness and life goals.  

8:30 PM: Sound Bath Meditation   Andrea Metcalf - A guided meditative session using sound therapy to relax and set the tone for the weekend.  

9:30 PM: Good night

SATURDAY

9:00 AM: Breakfast, Vendor Market, Mini Massage Morning 

  - Yogurt bar with toppings and light breakfast options and Local vendors showcasing wellness, beauty, lifestyle products.  

10:00 AM: Speaker - "Organizing Your Life: What’s in Your Purse?"  Stephanie Klien 

11:00 AM: Choose Your Path : Action  

  -    Pilates Flow: Focus on strength, breath and alignment.  - Susan Dolan

  -    Art Therapy Session: Guided creative expression.  - Veronica Kaldis

  -    Barre Blast:  Lengthen, dance, and stretch with a core focus. - Andrea Metcalf

12:00 PM: Lunch Break - Fresh salads, protein options, and healthy beverages.  

12:30 PM: Macronutrient Eating for Best Life 

​​1:00 PM: Choose Your Path (Second Activity Session)   

2:00 PM - 3:00 PM: Facetime  - Learn about the chemicals in skincare products and what to avoid.  

  - Focus on clean, safe products for healthier skin.  

3:00 PM - 5:00 PM: Individual Services and Self-Care   

  -  Pick One (Additional services available at an extra cost) - Reiki, Personal Stretch, Bodywork.

4:00 PM - 6:30 PM - Option to return home, explore nearby shopping at Old Orchard, or unwind. 

6:30 PM: Dinner Network- Nutritious, gourmet dinner

7:30 PM: Evening Speaker - "Relationship Fitness - the art of honest communication"  Andrea Metcalf

8:15 PM: Meditation for Clarity & Breathwork

SUNDAY

9:00 AM: Morning Stretch NIA Class - Gentle movement to awaken and energize the body. 

10:00 AM: Jewelry and Brunch - See Jane Sparkle 

  - Full brunch with seasonal fruits, eggs, pastries, and healthy beverages.  

  - Create a personalized piece to symbolize renewal.

11:00 AM: Vision Boarding Class - Guided workshop to visualize personal and professional goals.  

12:00 - 1:30 PM: Closing Ceremonies - Reflection circle to share takeaways from the weekend.  SWAG distributed and gratitude wall.
